If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received from us, please return it to us within 30 days of deliveryWe do not accept returns of underwear, earrings, socks/tights/stockings or body jewellery unless deemed as faulty. To return an item we require the orignal invoice which is sent to you with your order and a note detailing the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or exchange. Original shipping costs cannot be re-imbursed if returning or exchanging goods.
In the case of an exchange please include details such as size and colour if required.Please note in the case of an exchange we will not send out the replacment until the original item has been recieved by ourselves.
When returning an item please ensure you have proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Please ensure delicate items are suitably protected as parcels can get bashed around en route and we ask that any items returned must be in its original condition with tags still attached.
We encourage customers to try on goods they have ordered before removing any labels/tags. We will not accept a return if an item is soiled, damaged or has clearly been worn, this includes marks left by make up, deodorant and washing. Please allow 7 days for refunds / exchanges.
